The service

Taxomate Capture helps users extract, review, and export transaction data from bank and credit-card statements. It is a document-conversion and review tool, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to upload each document, keep your account credentials secure, review extracted data and reconciliation results, and confirm any file before importing it into accounting software. Upload only bank-issued statements with masked account or card numbers. Do not upload full payment-card numbers, card security codes, government identifiers, passwords or authentication secrets, health information, unlawful content, malware, or documents belonging to someone else without authorization.

Export limitations

Extraction can be imperfect, especially for scans, unusual layouts, incomplete statements, or handwritten changes. Taxomate Capture blocks exports when known reconciliation or format checks fail, but you remain responsible for verifying dates, descriptions, signs, balances, account details, and import results.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit usage to protect customers or service reliability. We may revise these terms and will update the effective date when we do.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Taxomate is not responsible for accounting entries, filings, penalties, or other decisions made from unreviewed or incorrectly imported data. Any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.
